We hope that any concern (complaint) you have can be dealt with immediately by talking to the staff concerned or their Manager. However, you can also raise any concerns by:

A member of staff in the Contact Centre will take your details and a summary of your concern and will pass this to the most appropriate person. You will receive a call back within 48 hours when your concerns can be discussed in more detail and if possible resolved at this stage.
