Depending on your answers, you may be guided to an alternative option if the session isn’t the best fit. Please note: an up-to-date record of your weight and BMI is required for the form to be completed correctly.
About Food, Mood and Move
An interactive and supportive 90‑minute session designed by our expert Registered Dietitians and MSK (Musculoskeletal) team to help you take charge of your health and well‑being.
You can join the session virtually or attend in person at our locations in Newport and Ystrad Mynach.
Part 1 – Introduction to Nutrition, improving health and sustainable weight management
Led by a specialist weight management dietitian, you’ll explore practical, evidence‑based strategies to improve your nutrition and support healthy weight management.
Part 2: Movement & Physical Well‑Being
Our friendly Rehabilitation Coordinator team will highlight the importance of movement and share simple, achievable ways to stay active and keep your body feeling its best.
